About Us

Founded in 1958 in Fairfield, NJ, Jason Industrial quickly earned a reputation as a reliable source for industrial hose and power transmission belts. With dependable inventory and knowledgeable customer care, Jason Industrial became a trusted partner to distributors across the United States. Over the years, we expanded our footprint with distribution centers in Tampa, FL; Carol Stream, IL; Portland, OR; Dallas, TX; and Los Angeles, CA, and extended operations into Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, and Peru.

In 2007, Jason Industrial was acquired by Megadyne, a global leader in power transmission solutions. In 2018, Megadyne merged with Ammeraal Beltech to form AMMEGA, a global powerhouse in belting solutions. While AMMEGA’s core product offering remained focused on power transmission and conveyor belting, Jason Industrial has evolved to become its dedicated hose business, serving North, Central, and South America with an extensive range of hydraulic and industrial hoses, couplings, and accessories.

In 2025, Jason Industrial officially rebranded as Jason®, unveiling a new identify and tagline: “Your Trusted Hose Partner.” This transformation reflects a strategic repositioning—moving away from its legacy in power transmission belts to focus exclusively on leadership in hose solutions. The new brand identity reinforces Jason®’s commitment to:
